The apartment is near Pratt Institute, cafes and useful stores.

The subway is a 10 minute walk to G or 15 min walk to the A/C. Busses on Myrtle Av 2 mins walk away. Downtown Brooklyn walkable as well as all the big landmarks like Barclays Centre, Brooklyn Museum etc.
