I am seeking a subletter for a sunny 1-bedroom apartment (45m2) on the 5th floor of a Haussmannian building. There is a small balcony, large windows in the bedroom and living room provide a nice breeze and tons of natural light. We are ideally looking for someone who can stay for at least a month between July 3rd and August 13th, but I am open to a 2 week minimum stay. All utilities are included (fiber, electricity, water) in the $1350/month. There’s a queen-sized Japanese futon and a small desk in the bedroom, the living room has a big table and a couch that can sleep 1. Bathroom with a tub, separate toilet, washing machine, equipped kitchen (without an oven but with a great air fryer). The apartment is on a very quiet street between Jourdain and Place des Fêtes in the upper part of trendy Belleville (5 mins to the metro 11 and 7bis). It's close to multiple outdoor swimming pools, the Belleville and Buttes-Chaumont parks, a big market three times a week, and tons of bars, restaurants, and good bakeries. It's a great friendly neighborhood that feels like a village. The apartment is a wonderful space to read and write, or to simply visit the city.
