Standard rental requirements - 40x the monthly rent ($120k) and good credit. If you're interested in applying, I'll email you the required forms, and you'll email the forms, required documentation (an employer letter, four consecutive paystubs, two bank statements, and a photo of your ID) and a $13 application fee per applicant to the property management company.
