Bright, one-bedroom apartment with large living room, open chef’s kitchen, and walk-in closet. Dishwasher in-unit and laundry available in the building, and unit is air-conditioned. There’s also a lovely shared, private garden outside.
Small, boutique building community with quiet and respectful neighbors. Apartment is furnished in a simple layout with premium furnishings (vintage mid-century, Hem sofa), Hay items. All the cookware you’d need, including a Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer, soda maker, dumpling steamers, Le Creuset, etc.
Will note that it’s on the fifth floor of a walkup, but I haven’t found the stairs terrible at all. Helpful super is in the building most days.

Must be open to background check and minimum one month’s security deposit, as well as recommendation letter from last landlord. My neighbors are great so I’d love to find a really conscientious tenant.
I am offering the space at below what I am currently paying (the current rent is $4,500) as I care most about finding the right tenant. Stays of 5+ weeks are preferred, and I can be flexible on move-in/out date if needed.
