We’re subletting our charming 1-bedroom brownstone apartment in Bed-Stuy, steps away from Herbert Von King Park. We love our home and are looking to rent for spring break while we travel.

The apartment features a queen-size bed, beautiful natural light, hardwood floors, high ceilings, cozy living room, dining area, and full kitchen.

The apartment is the second floor of a well-kept brownstone. Our fire escape looks out at Herbert Von King Park.

The neighborhood is vibrant and classic. Bed-stuy is home to many top rated restaurants, eclectic bars, coffee shops, bakeries all within a short walk. The G train is at the end of the block, 600 ft away, for easy traveling.

All utilities and cleaning are included.
