Looking to rent my apartment for 6 months to a year.
This apartment is a second floor walk up, and has beautiful sunlight all day in every room. Located in the heart of a vibrant artists/Bushwick community, there are coffee shops and bars stone throw away.
The apartment comes furnished, has a full bed, closet, dressers and a coat rack for you to use if you like. Fast reliable Wifi, TV and AC can be available. Would consider swapping out furniture with the right fit. This is not a lease takeover, its ideal for someone visiting or in between places. Single occupancy preferred.
This is a railway apartment, it has a big bedroom, a closet area/storage room and an office room. Very spacious apartment and the amount of light you get creates incredible calming energy amongst the NY bustle. [Pictures show current setup with some furniture from previous renter]
No laundry in the building, but there are 2 laundromats down the street. Utilities not included in the price, but comes to about $150-$200.

Not suitable for pets or children. Ideal for someone in between spots or new to town.
Must be a clean and responsible renter! References and income verification will be needed. Deposit is required before moving in as well as a cleaning fee. A video call and preview of the space can be coordinated for those interested.
My building is very quiet. No smoking of ANY kind inside the building and no parties/loud music.
