I have a family place, 1 bdrm apartment on west 55 th street between 10-11th Ave. I don't live, i have my own apartment on UWS. Your rent is $ 2250 and it includes all utilities. This "sublet" I would call a share, You will have all place to yourself, plenty of privacy in a big building, but I do come by a couple of times a month to pick up my mail. My friend lived there happily for a few years and is now relocating to another country. The place is furnished and some of my things are around., but i can certainly put more away. You could rearrange things. There is plenty of closet space.
The apartment is available now. You can rent it for a month or a few months, or longer. Kitchen , bathroom, living room , bedroom and terrace. I require 30 days notice, and leaving a place as nice as you found it.
The apartment is right for a respectful creative soul, who likes solitude, is sober, enjoys closeness to the river, and a convenient location. Someone who communicates with me in case I need to submit a repair in the apartment. This person is reliable, accountable, nice to get along with, genuine. No smoking.

PS I would ask you to get your own PO Box for mail delivery near by.
