Many coffee shops and restaurants nearby but located on a calm, residential street. A couple blocks away from Herbert Von King park.

It can come fully furnished with all amenities, smart TV, wifi, WFH desk set up etc. It can also be partially furnished if you prefer to move in your own furniture!
