Hello! I’m subletting my bright, spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Prospect Park South on a quiet, tree-lined street only a half a block from the park! The apartment is available from 8/10-10/31 with a possible extension. The dates are slightly flexible.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well maintained walk up building and has windows in every room that let in a ton of light throughout the day. I’ve lived all over Brooklyn and this is by far the calmest apartment I've lived in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fire escape access and the living room includes a table for dining/working from home.

The bedroom has a queen size Aireloom mattress and a huge window that looks out onto a locust tree.

All utilities and wifi are included. No pets unfortunately.

It is conveniently located between the F/G and the B/Q trains and is a short walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
