We’re subletting our furnished 1BR while we travel, with priority dates of March 11 through April 5, and additional availability from May 14 through the end of July.
Located on the 15th floor at West Wharf Greenpoint on the waterfront, the apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, great natural light, East River and Manhattan skyline views from the bedroom, and Brooklyn views from the living room.
The space includes a modern kitchen with island seating, a cozy dining area for four, a dedicated workspace, and a calm, comfortable feel that works well for both everyday living and working from home.

The building has a doorman, elevator, laundry, secure package room, and key fob access to the rooftop once the weather is warm. Some amenities may be subject to stricter building access policies (i.e., photo ID match), which is why the listed rent does not include additional amenity fees.
The apartment is within walking distance of Transmitter Park and McCarren Park, with easy access to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, shopping, and Williamsburg. There is also a convenient bodega less than a block away, and Chez Ma Tante and the Franklin Street shopping strip are just one block over.

The location makes it easy to get around Greenpoint and Williamsburg, and to get into Manhattan or LIC quickly, while still enjoying a quieter residential feel near the water.
We're the current tenants and have put a lot of care into making this apartment feel warm, comfortable, and easy to live in. We really love living here and are looking for someone who will enjoy the space and take good care of it while we’re away.

To secure dates, we require:
- Proof of ID
- 50% deposit
- Simple sublet agreement
The remaining 50% is due on the first day of the lease.

House rules:
- No smoking
- No shoes on the carpet
- No parties or gatherings larger than 10 people, out of respect for neighbors
