Hello hello! My boyfriend and I are heading to NY for two months from the beginning of October through the end of November and are subleasing our fully furnished apartment. The monthly rent is $3200, which includes all utilities.
As the headline says, it’s a 1bd/1ba with a small & gated front yard with a private balcony that overlooks Silverlake and the Hollywood Hills. Our apartment is located a block away from the heart of Sunset Junction where you can find tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and well-connected bus stops. There is also a farmers market on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking and we don’t typically run into issues finding spots on the block.
The apartment itself is around 750 sqft, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, the living room has a smart tv. Additionally, there is an in-unit washer/dryer and wall A/C unit. We are leasing the apartment furnished and it comes with all the comforts of home (fully stocked kitchen, external monitor and desk for working remotely, and towels/bed linens).
We are seeking a single person or couple to sublet our home for the full two months. Please do not reach out if you are only interested in one month. There may be some flexibility with regard to the move-in and move-out dates. We're also super open to any NYC folks who might be interested in an apartment swap!
Cats considered on a case by case basis. No dogs or other pets.

My boyfriend and I are a pretty easy-going queer couple. I work in architecture/interiors and my boyfriend works in TV. We live with our dog, Beef. We enjoy days & nights in as much as ourenjoy days & nights out. In addition to using the f*** out of my AMC A-List memberships, we are also tennis lovers and we enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling.

Please send us an email telling us a little bit about yourself and your situation. If it seems like a good fit, we'd like to meet you either in person to give you a tour of the apartment or via facetime/zoom if needed.
If we decide to move forward with the sublease agreement then prior to move in we will need to collect first month's rent (due 10/1) and one month's security deposit (due upon lease signing). We also require proof of identity such as a passport or valid real id along with proof of income.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis after meeting. We will collect an $250 pet deposit, of which $150 will be retained as a cleaning fee at lease end and the remaining $100 will be refunded along with the security deposit paid at the beginning of the sublease.
