I am traveling for the month of November and looking for the right person to stay here for the month!

Sunny one bedroom on the third floor (walk-up) of a wonderful 4 story building in Bed Stuy. Amenities include gym, bike room, laundry, movie screening room, pool table, and big amazing rooftop. Lots a plants, books, and records to keep you occupied for the month. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and all the kitchen supplies you’ll need.

Located a half block from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop right in Bed Stuy. Fort Greene and Herbert Von King parks are quick walks away. Prospect Park is a quick bike ride. Many neighborhood bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores nearby.

*Please note: a cat lives here with me. While we will both be gone during November, and I will vacuum and clean thoroughly before leaving, someone with bad allergies to cat may not be the best fit.

My name is Kevin (he/him)! I’ve been in this space for almost 6 months and have loved my time in the building and the neighborhood. I’m traveling to do some exploring in Hawaii, visit friends in San Diego, and spend time at home in Chicago over thanksgiving. Hoping to find someone to stay in my home and feed my plants and help me with rent through the month of November.
