About This Lister

We're a couple–chef and designer–who have lived in New York for 10 years and in this apartment for almost 3 years. We love music, movies, good food and our 2 cats.

We're traveling this summer and need someone responsible, clean and communicative to enjoy our home as much as we do!

Rental requirements

To ensure a smooth transition for both parties, we're looking for a responsible subtenant who can provide the following:

Documentation: Proof of income (recent pay stub or bank statement) and two professional or personal references.

Sublet Agreement: We will both sign a formal sublet agreement to protect the terms of the stay, including care for the space and plants.

Payment Schedule: Upon Signing: First month’s rent plus a security deposit (equal to one month's rent) to secure the dates.

August 1st: Second month’s rent due.

Timeline: I’m looking to finalize the subtenant by [Insert Date, e.g., May 15th]. I can host virtual or in-person showings on [Insert Days/Times, e.g., weekday evenings after 6 PM].

Pets Policy

Building allows dogs, but we'll need to discuss prior to agreeing as some large dogs may not be suitable for the space.
