About This Lister

My husband and I own and live in the house that shares a wall to this apartment. We have 2 school-aged children and a fairly quiet dog. My husband is a writer who teaches college essay writing; I have a background in theater design and photography, and I am the technical theater teacher for a local high school. We moved to Cold Spring from NYC in 2015.

The house and garden are a work in progress and a labor of love, as we attempt to restore a once neglected home and create an environment that encourages wildlife to thrive.

We will be showing the space to qualified renters in the coming weeks and hope to find someone would would also be a friend and neighbor.
