I work remotely and whenever I can, I’m off exploring. I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy Astoria apartment during the periods I’m away and my dates are totally flexible. Ideally, you'd stay at least a month, but I’m flexible on timing and happy to offer discounts for longer stays.

The apartment is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath on a quiet residential street in Astoria - just a few minutes’ walk from all the restaurants, bakeries, and bars the neighborhood is known for. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay with easy access to Manhattan (15 minutes by train).

Rent: $3,200/month, all utilities and Wi-Fi included.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. I also have an extra twin mattress available if needed. There’s a full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home - fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. The living room has a Smart TV, and there's strong Wi-Fi throughout.

One of my favorite things about the apartment is the in-unit washer and dryer - makes life so much easier. :) There's also A/C and plenty of closet space.

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. No smoking, pets, or parties, please.

- 5 minutes from the N train (30th Ave)

- 13 minutes from the R/M trains

- Surrounded by some of the best food spots in Astoria

- 15min train ride to Midtown Manhattan
