This is a great 1BR/1BA with large windows and a balcony available starting as early as May 10 for a 1 or 2 year lease. It gets lots of sunlight and has been a nice place for my plants to thrive. The building is a smaller building and very quiet. Kitchen appliances are all fairly new and working, it has great water pressure, and in unit heat / AC. No dishwasher, but there is a very clean laundry room in the building.

The apartment is located right by Franklin Medgar Evers College on Bedford Avenue. It's near the Prospect Park B/Q/S and the Franklin Medgar Evers 2/3/4/5 trains. It's perfectly located for visits to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Prospect Park, and great restaurants and bars nearby. A brand new LIDL grocery store just opened down the street!

The building is owned by an individual landlord who lives in the city (not a heartless megacorp). He is really responsive and cares about keeping the building well maintained with great tenants.
