This south-facing apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful pre-war building. Located on a quiet, peaceful street, it is a few steps away from the charming Tompkins Ave.

Location:
4 min walk to the Metfresh grocery store. Even closer walk to incredible restaurants (see DOLORAS, Ler Lers, Daphne's), along with cool bars and coffee shops, you can't beat this location.

Living space:
The living room doubles as my workspace. Super comfy couch, along with a motorized standing desk, external monitor, MIDI keyboard with high-fidelity speakers. There is an additional desk along with guitars which will be available for use if you'd like.

Kitchen:
Top quality stainless steel cookware.
Modern gas range, plenty of counter space, and a microwave.

Bathroom:
Full sized bathtub, with high pressure shower head.

Bedroom:
Queen size memory foam mattress (on the firmer side) with japanese style bed frame.
Projector with netflix, youtube, HDMI, etc.

The apartment has a forced-air fan system throughout, which, combined with my window AC unit, cools the apartment perfectly.

Note: Hoping you will keep my plants happy and healthy :)
They're low maintenance. Only need to be watered every ~10 days.
