I'm subletting my sunny, 1,000sq.ft. duplex in Two Brides/ LES. It’s a park-facing 2 bedrooms/ 1 1/2 bathroom with a 3rd bedroom used as dressing room.
Flexible availability.

∙Dates are flexible from Oct 20 through Dec 19 with possibility to stay through Feb 2026.
∙Stays of 2 weeks+ will be considered, 1month preffered.
∙Small, very well behaved dogs may potentially be ok (ask).

∙Features exposed beams, upgraded fixtures and 13’ ceilings throughout main floor.

∙Fully equipped with high quality everything.
∙Pots, pans, bakeware, kitchenware, utensils, dinner wear, air fryer, microwave, coffee makers, and more.
∙Large refrigerator/ freezer and high end gas range.

Bedrooms
∙Primary bedroom has a wood queen bed with queen Saatva mattress and linen bedding
∙Downstairs bedroom is used as an office/ guest room, and has a BoConcept single-size pull out and a double size air mattress (if desired), plus lots of extra linen bedding.
∙3rd bedroom is used as a huge dressing room.

Bathrooms
∙1 full bath with floor to ceiling glass shower
∙1/2 half bath downstairs

Location
Its located directed across from Coleman Park/ LES skatepark. Location is super convenient:
F-train is 5 minutes away, Golden Diner is half a block away, Dimes square is about 7 minutes away. South Street Seaport and Soho are within walking distance. Its 3 blocks from the East River too.
