My light-filled, furnished apartment at the top of a hill looks out over Silver Lake, has 2 double bedrooms and a very spacious private balcony. Both bedrooms and the main room have AC.

We have a washer and dryer, a tub & street parking.

We are 5 minutes walk from Sunset and its amenities including restaurants, bars and the Farmer’s Market, and 10 minutes walk from the Silver Lake Resevoir and the shops and cafes of Silver Lake Boulevard.

About This Lister

I’m a documentary producer (she/her) who travels frequently for work. I’ve been living in the apartment for seven years and love renting the space to thoughtful tenants who thrive in the sunshine and peaceful environment.

For me this flat is all about its balcony. It's huge, great for entertaining or just for chilling and doing emails from. We're close to Sunset and Silver Lake Boulevard but up here it's very peaceful.

The community is important to me - we’re a close knit group of neighbours so as long as you’re relaxed and respectful you’ll fit right in 💫
