This apartment is a 2 bed / 1 bath with a private backyard and dedicated parking spot in a small, renovated postwar building. We are located on a quiet residential street, right on the border of Highland Park and Eagle Rock, with easy access to all of the good stuff on York Blvd, Figueroa, and Colorado.

The primary bedroom faces the backyard and is very quiet, with two windows for a nice breeze. It's furnished with a king sized bed, credenza, and large closet with shelving. The second bedroom is set up as an office but also has a large closet with shelving and can be switched to a bedroom if you'd like.

The kitchen is equipped/stocked with everything you will need: cooking supplies, utensils, dishes, etc. This is also where the washer/dryer is located. Living space is furnished as pictured, but can be modified as needed too!

We have a nice, private backyard which is great for hosting and very convenient for pets. There are also a bunch of plants, which can be kept or removed depending on your preferences.

You will have access to a dedicated parking space in front of the unit's garage, which is currently being used for storage.

Finally, our neighbors are all great and very respectful.
