I have a charming furnished 2BD for sublet in the UES at the intersection of 89th street and 3rd Avenue.
You can rent for a few days, weekly or monthly. Weekly and monthly rentals will get subsidized pricing.

The apartment is located at a 5 min walk from Central park, The MET, Guggenheim and Nue Gallery. Tons of bars, restaurants, parks, shopping all around. The neighborhood is truly alive yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. 15 mins bus ride to Columbia University.
You will have access to the Q,4,5,6 2 blocks away and bus access on the block. City bike station right in front of the building.
You will have access to Whole Foods 1 block away and Equinox 2 blocks Away. Other speciality New York grocery stores like Gristedes,Butterfield Market,Morton Williams 5-7 mins walk.
Tastefully decorated ,hardwood floors, completely gut renovated, mood lighting, bathroom with tub, RO water filter, expresso machine, juicer, 7 streaming services, turntable, 2 AC's & wifi available for renters. One of the bedroom also serves as a library, please feel free to enjoy my book collection during your stay.
The building is equipped with cameras and locks at the entrance.
Fully functional kitchen with oven and pantry with assortment of spices from across the world available for your culinary adventure. It's a 3rd floor walkup.
All utilities and internet are included in the $4000 a month rental. Weekly stay @ $1100. There is a $150 cleaning fee for your stay.
The apartment sleeps 3 people and I have an additional memory foam single blow up mattress I can set up too if needed.
If you need a place clean and private while also being in the middle of the exciting action, this is just the spot.

To lock place in, half of the rental total (which is the $4000 a month, plus $1000 refundable security deposit, and $150 cleaning fee) is due, with the remaining half due upon check in.
Please tell me a little bit about yourself, and in lieu of a background check, include any social media links or Linkedin. A copy of state issued ID/passport would be required.
