I’m looking for someone responsible and quiet (no parties or gatherings).

Flexible on timing/ dates as I'm back and forth from LA for work.

first month +$1,800 deposit (returned after stay) + $150 cleaning

I've been in the building for over 10+ years. It's a very special space and I am looking for someone to take care of it while I am away.
I work as a fashion brand consultant and travel back and forth from LA often.
