Rental requirements

Term: One-month commitment, December 15, 2025 – January 15, 2026 (firm dates).

Cost to be paid up front and is a flat rate of $2,000 that covers rent and all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet).

Seeking quiet, respectful, non-smoking individuals (max 4 people--I will add a futon with bedding to the guest room/laundry room/office) who will treat the space as their own.

1 reference from previous landlord or roommate and a quick video call will be required before moving forward with the sublease.
