It is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, without an elevator (i.e 3rd and 4th floors in Europe). The space is composed of a dining room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a full bathroom (bath and toilet), and 3 bedrooms:
- 1 with a queen size bed,
- 1 with a queen size bed and a balcony,
- 1 with a twin bed and another pull-out twin bed if needed.

Upstairs, you will find the lounge with a sofa, an armchair, a desk, a large TV and plenty of books - and the second full bathroom (small but has shower and toilet). Most importantly, from the lounge, you’ll step in our wonderful, large terrace with plants, a large wooden dining table, 6 chairs, a coffee table with 2 chairs, an umbrella and - drumrolls! - a barbecue. It is truly a fabulous sanctuary m, where you can sunbathe with a coffee and a book, eat a delicious meal, or sip your cocktail after a day discovering the city. From the upper floor you can also access the shared rooftop on the other side of the lounge.

There is A/C in every room.
The basement of the building boasts a gym, free of access, and a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers (with fee).
