Enjoy our spacious apartment for the second half of August. A home away from home or a crash pad while you look for fall housing in NYC.

We've lived here for 6 years and we absolutely love it. The space feels clean, cozy, tidy and full of character.

The apartment is set up with a Queen bedroom, an office/yoga room, and a guest room with a full bed and a desk. The office also has a queen futon that can be folded out for more sleeping space. Altogether the apartment comfortably sleeps 6 adults.

The kitchen is a modest size but well stocked with everything you might need if you like to cook at home.

Nostrand Ave and Franklin Ave are nearby with amazing restaurants as well as every kind of mom and pop you can imagine, pharmacies, dollar stores, coffee shops, etc.

Friends and couples welcome.

Transit: We're located right of the 2 3 4 and 5 trains, with plenty of CitiBikes and bus lines nearby as well.

Amenities: Utilities included, great water pressure, hot water is very consistent, gas stove, AC window units.

Accessibility: this is a 3rd floor walkup
