We’re opening up our beloved 3BR/2BA home in Atwater Village for a short-term stay. This isn’t usually a rental, it’s the place we’ve poured so much love into, full of comfort, charm, and little quirks that make it special.

We hope to host someone who will enjoy and care for our home as much as we do!

The house is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath:

Bedroom 1 & 2: Both bedrooms feature large windows that flood the space with natural light and are furnished with queen-size beds for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom 3: Currently set-up as an office furnished with a sofa

Outdoor Amenities: Private pool (not heated), outdoor shaded dining and a developed garden, perfect for enjoying LA sunshine.

Conveniences: HVAC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a clean, thoughtfully maintained space.

Access note: The house sits slightly elevated from the street, which provides a nice sense of privacy. There are about 8 wide steps leading up from the street to the property, plus 4 steps at the front door and 2 steps at the back door.

Ideal for: A couple or two adults.
Not suitable for pets. We do have a cat (who won’t be here during your stay), but want to note this in case of severe allergies.

You're centrally located with easy access to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Highland Park, and Downtown LA, plus close to scenic hikes and the LA river bike/run path in addition to many neighborhood favorites like Proof Bakery, Dune, Tee Gee, Sinizki, and Spina.

About This Lister

I am an interior designer and my partner and I are both creatives who love to travel. This home is where we’ve poured a lot of love and care. We really enjoy our neighborhood, from walking to the main street of shops and cafés each day, to spending Sundays at the farmers market. We've gotten to know many of our neighbors and the local shop owners by name. It’s a community we truly love, and we hope you’ll feel the same while you’re here.
