Looking for somebody to stay at my beautiful 1 bedroom house in Highland Park. $80/night + deposit, so $960 total for the 12 nights. Some flexibility on the end date if needed.

The place is large, bright (there are 18 windows), many places to work, deep bath, amazing water pressure, laundry, etc. There is private outdoor space, a large television, driveway parking, and a window AC unit. The place will be entirely yours. It's a stand alone house.

The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and easily walkable to Highland Park staples Joy, Civil Coffee, Good Housekeeping, and many more. There are sidewalks on most every street. It's PRIME Highland Park location. It's super private since it's set off the street. It's really a gem of a place.

As far as accessibility info goes, there is a steep driveway that leads up to the space and no stairs to entry.

It's a lovely oasis. Peaceful and warm vibes.

Willing to accommodate pets for an additional cleaning fee!

Full disclosure - the decor is different from the pictures, as my partner moved out and took most of the art. It's still beautiful - just more bare aesthetically with less stuff, though now there's a tv and AC unit. We'll do a video chat before committing to make sure we're a good fit.
