Looking for the right people to sublet our 2 bedroom house in the lovely neighborhood of Del Rey.

The house is ~950 sqft and has a backyard filled with plants and fruit trees. A proper city sanctuary. The main bedroom has a king bed and the other second bedroom has a single bed. A crib is also available upon request. There is also a bathroom with a tub, a living room and kitchen with a small dinning area. We have a grill at the back and plenty of room and chairs to accommodate a larger gathering.

We are located on a quiet street approximately 7 minute drive to the beach in Del Rey which is just south of Venice, west of Culver City, and east of Marina Del Rey.

There is a bike path a block from our house that takes you to the beach in about 15-20 minutes (we have two bikes and a kids bike trailer that you are welcome to use).

Within walking distance there are nice coffee shops (Sachi LA forever!), green parks, tacos, mariscos, and sushi. Within a 5 minute drive there are tons of supermarkets and plenty more restaurants.

A weekly gardener and a biweekly cleaner are included in this listing, as are electricity and water—provided they are used responsibly.

Mariona is a photographer and a book designer. Tim is an artist and a programmer. We have a four year old son named Leon. The three of us love travelling and going on adventures –both locally and far away. We are planning on spending some months travelling abroad and are looking to sublet our home to a reliable and trustworthy person(s).
