THE SPACE
The apartment is an open-plan 1500 sq. ft. loft (140 sq m) with 5 large windows providing bright sunlight all day, located in a refurbished factory building with many of the original finishes including tin ceilings, wooden beams and columns, and white brick walls. Few of these original loft buildings remain in the neighborhood and this rare space is quite special!

Located in the very center of prime Williamsburg: just two blocks from McCarren Park, the Bedford L train, and the waterfront. Top notch restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping are all steps away. Manhattan is just a 5 minute ride on the L train.

The loft has a fully stocked chef's kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you might need for cooking a gourmet meal: Wusthof knives, All Clad pots and pans, high end kitchen tools, an extensive range of fresh spices, and a beautiful dining table and separate sunny breakfast table.

There's a large bathroom, a custom private cedar sauna with plush bathrobes and slippers, a high end washer/dryer, reliable heat and air conditioning.

For entertainment, enjoy watching movies and shows on the enormous 10' x 8' projector wall with premium surround sound speakers.

And if you need to work or just spend awhile on your computer, there's a dedicated work desk with an ergonomic Herman Miller office chair, a 27" external monitor, and fast wifi.

The loft is decorated with mid-century modern, very comfortable, plush furnishings and is a perfect home away from home during your stay in New York.

We love this space and have spent years designing and furnishing it with unique vintage furniture pieces and colorful and cozy textiles.
