I've called this apartment my home for years- it has such a peaceful, homey and warm energy. I take good care of it and am looking for a like-minded considerate person to continue to fill it with good vibes :)

It's a two bedroom, two bath apartment but one of the rooms is set up as a creative office. The floor to ceiling windows allow so much light into the open layout. The large kitchen is fully equipped. Phillips hue lights are throughout the apartment and add a nice touch of cozy, customizable vibes at night based on whatever your mood is. With a washer and dryer in unit, central AC and parking, it has everything you need to have a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Located in Studio City, its in a more residential and peaceful area close to anything you would need, but only a short drive away from the busier parts of Los Angeles. It's close to Wilacre Park, which is a beautiful hike in Laurel Canyon.
