-There is natural light in every room—I never have to turn on lights before sunset.
-The unit is very quiet since it faces away from the main roads.
-It is on the fifth floor of a well-maintained building, which comes with an elevator, prewar details, trash shoot, and a package room. The superintendent lives in the building.
-All utilities are included in the price: wifi, water, hot-water, heat, gas, and electricity.

I’m looking for a respectful person who will enjoy the home and take good care of it while I’m away. The apartment is fully furnished and contains many personal items. My neighbors are all multi-generational tenants and families. The sublease doesn’t allow for couples or pets.

Neighborhood
The closest subway station is 2 short blocks away (2, 5 trains) and 4 avenues away (Q, B trains); and the B44 bus is right outside for quick trips to north Brooklyn. There are also many Citibike bike-share stations within a one-block radius. Laundromat is on our block. There are nearby options for grocery stores, coffee, delis, and a CVS; including a reliable organic grocery/deli right on our corner. It’s just under a mile away from beautiful Prospect Park. And nearby you can access the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Kings Theatre, and much more.

Availability
The apartment is available for sublease between September 1, 2025 through January 24, 2026. Preference will be given for 4 month stays or more.
