Looking for a renter to take over one room in a 3 bed/1 bath as our other roommate it moving out. The room is $1100 (may increase a bit when the new lease begins) plus utilities. The current roommate and I are pretty chill and have varying schedules & get along well.

The apartment has an in unit dishwasher, washer and dryer and AC/heating unit, roof, across the street from park, 420 friendly, hardwood floors.

Looking for someone to sign a lease this December that will last Feb. 2025- January 31st 2027.

Close to J, C and b26 bus to downtown Brooklyn and Ridgewood. Neighborhood is pretty chill and a short walk to many restaurants and bars.

There may be a sweet and loving dog in the space part-time.

Looking for someone who is clean and open to having a schedule so we can ensure the common spaces stay maintained.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and has two flights of stairs to get the apartment.
