I'm an artist away on a summer residency, so one room (my home studio) will be closed off and used to store my things. The rest of the apartment will be clean, open, and fully yours. Ideally looking for one respectful, tidy person—no loud or messy vibes, please. The bed converts from king to twin, it's very comfortable so can be in either position depending on what you prefer. Also there is an AC unit for the bedroom.

Available starting June 3. End date is flexible, but I’m thinking early September or October.

Utilities run about $125-150/month.
