I’m looking for someone to take over my previous roommate’s fully furnished bedroom in Bed-stuy, Brooklyn. I am the only person on the current lease, which ends on July 31st, 2026 and is available for renewal. I am also open to short-term sublease for the holidays (minimum 1-2 weeks) but would prefer long-term.

Apartment Details:
- 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom on 1st floor walkup
- The room for sublet/rent is the one with 2 windows and is slightly larger, see floor plan
- Separate ACs (1 in each room)
- Utilities not included: adds up to about $90-180 per person per month (wifi, electric, gas)
- Laundry & pool table available in building basement
- Access to rooftop (great view)
- In-building leasing office and super
* pets are allowed, smoking is not

5 min walk to G train (Myrtle-Willoughby), 3 min walk to Herbert Von King Park, 15 min walk to Pratt Institute, Lincoln Market & Bodega right downstairs

About This Lister

I am a 23 year old grad student (she/her) studying digital design at Pratt Institute and lead a busy life! I love all things art and design related, and have a million hobbies/obsessions. I’m very clean (in a neatfreak kind of way but I never impose that on anyone), love to share, and easy to get along with. I try to work outside of the apartment and do not mind if you work from home. I am generally quiet with some occasional music playing; none of my previous roommates have complained about it. I don’t cook very often for myself but always love a dinner party.

I am looking for a roommate that is communicative, respectful, queer & neurodivergent friendly, and ok with occasional guests (would not stay overnight without prior notice). It is also important for me to feel comfortable and build a meaningful connection with you. That may take active communication, spending the time to know each other, or whatever it may be for us.
