We are looking to rent 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 1890s historical home.

Room for rent is 1000$, comes with Queen bed and dresser for June 10 to July 2!

You will be sharing the place with our lovely roomates Sam and Sasha who are both respectful, clean and easy going young professionals in their late 30s.

The home has original hardwood floors, located on the second floor of a house. There is a large front/backyard shared with downstairs neighbors who rarely use it.

Shared spaces include living room, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, and back patio!

Washer/dryer, dishwasher, new stove, fridge and Internet all included.

*dog in photo wont be there!

*also will need someone to take the room Aug 5-Aug 21 if that is something that works feel free to reach out!
