Hi! We have a room available in our beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in South Williamsburg available.
We are on the second floor. The room is 8'25" x 11'5" with a high ceiling and a south facing window. The room does not have a closet but we have a dedicated closet near the restroom for you. There is a large shared living room and kitchen as well as a patio. There is also an in unit washer and dryer.
It's on a quiet street near Keap St & Grand St. a 5 min walk to Lorimer L/Metropolitan G and a 10/15 min walk to the Marcy JMZ
About This Lister
We are two male designers in their 30's. Very friendly, easy going people who love music, film, and arts.
We love our space and like to keep a very clean, comfortable, relaxed living situation. Occasianally we like to have close friends over for dinners. Looking for someone with similar interests and friendly personality!
