1: The rooftop bedroom, a sunny medium size room in the house. There is 2 large walk-in closet, and 2 large windows facing the tree lined backyard. Lots of space with roof access through your window! Quiet and serine. The room will be unfurnished so you can make into your own energy.

The living space:
There is a large kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms. Lots of privacy and comfort in this lovely large house.

Rent is $1600 per month plus utilities which is split. Our home is fully equipped and move-in ready.
