8 minute walk to Ralph Station (C). 15 min walk to Utica train stations (both A/C and 3/4/5 stations).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet two-story walkup. Your room would be 12x8 ft with a deep closet (unfurnished). The ceilings are high with plenty of living room space. The apartment has really nice light, especially in the bedrooms.

The apartment is currently being renovated and will be ready for 10/15 move in. Heat is included, but other utilities are not. No laundry in building, but plenty of laundromats at short walking distance.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, communicative, and responsible. Looking for 1 roommate only, please! Landlord is against having pets in the building, but may be open to a cat.

Im Louis, 40 (he/him) and I've been living in the building for the last 6 years. I am an arts admin professional with a hybrid schedule (2 days WFH). I'm also a songwriter, performing artist, and multi-instrumentalist and I tour pretty regularly. I choose not to drink, but I'm not against anyone who does. I don't usually bring a party home, but I wouldn't be against hosting hangs at the apartment as long as we communicate about it. I love films, reading, practicing capoeira, and getting together with my communities.
