I'm looking to sublet my apt in central Beverly Hills / West Hollywood border.

It's very big 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, dishwasher, central AC / heat, modern appliances and floors, lots of natural light and big windows.

My apartment is in a quiet complex on a sunny, residential street. 5-10 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, grocery stores on Robertson and Melrose.

I have a desk and monitor, ideal for working from home. Fast internet, Smart Tv, Sonos speakers. Kitchen is modern and fully stocked with lots of cooking / baking supplies for everything you might need. (I cook a lot!) Street and garage parking are available.

I love my apartment and am looking for someone considerate, quiet, professional and clean to treat my space + plants with care while I am out of town for work. Unfortunately, no pets :)

Ideally, I'd like to sublet it to someone for the entire duration rather than short stays. Flexible with dates too.
