Dates are somewhat flexible within this window of time. $500/week and additional days prorated accordingly on the weekly rate. Possible option to extend month-to-month.

The rent is for one large bright furnished bedroom with high ceilings, closet, queen bed, large skylight, and a shared bath. Happy to provide bedding and towels if needed. It's the room with the blue bedding.

Kitchen with gas range has everything and more. Great wifi but no TV or microwave. Washer and dyer on site. Parking for one car.

The house is a ten-minute walk to the beach/surf and village with two small markets, two restaurants, and a historic bar with live music many nights. The local honor farm stand with fresh organic produce year-round is one of the highlights of living in this rural coastal village. San Francisco is a generous hour's scenic drive along the coast via Hwy 1 or a winding road over Mount Tam to Mill Valley, so those with car sickness or looking for evening social life in the city may not enjoy this REMOTE West Marin location.

The bedroom with wooden walls and a private en suite bath will be available mid-September for the winter. Please reach out for details if interested. Could be paired with blue bedding room as office space.
