Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our sunny, quiet two-bedroom apartment near Prospect Park, at the southern edge of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. You'd be subletting through the end of the lease in October, with the potential to sign a new lease.

Some highlights:

Both rooms have big closets and fit a queen bed, a desk, and extra shelves). The apartment is on Caton between Flatbush and Bedford. It's a somewhat busy street, but the soundproofing is good.

A bit about the neighborhood: The best part is Prospect Park — we’re a ten-minute walk from the Parkside entrance. There are a bunch of little bars and restaurants and the library is three minutes away. There are two big grocery stores within a five minute walk and another less than 10 minutes away.
Subways: Less than 10 minutes from the Parkside Q, Church Ave B/Q, and the Church Ave 2/5. A few CitiBike docks nearby too.

About This Lister

I've been living in this apartment for around 2 years and wouldn't be leaving if I didn't need to. I'll be starting school in the fall and my roommate is moving as well so we are hoping to find people to sublet for the rest of our lease who will love the apartment as much as w have! (It may also be able to take over the lease early, but that is something the new tenants would have to discuss with the management company as well — happy to share more about this if anyone is interested).
