I am a multidisciplinary artist. I love being inspired, and my place has become a source of inspiration; it is a beautifully curated, elegant space to enjoy, which I designed with a great architect. I am from the design world, and it is a pleasure to share the environment with others.
I do not allow parties in the apartment; neighbours will complain, as it is a tranquil community in this building.
As the owner and landlord, I will be your direct contact for any questions, etc.
I always provide a detailed apartment manual before moving in, by email and a physical copy left in the apartment

Rental requirements

I will require a reference from a prior landlord or employer, and financial records with your address on them.
I will require a deposit to confirm and secure the rental, then the 1st month's rent a week before arrival.
Utilities will be taken out of the deposit at the end of the month once bills have been given, and the rest of the deposit will be returned.
I will supply an agreement and house manual.
I have owned the apartment for 8 years
Keys to the apartment will be given either by meeting in person or left in a lockbox.
I have someone to help if you have emergencies.
