I'm moving out of my lovely 2-bedroom apartment and need to find someone to replace me and sign a one-year lease starting on Sept. 1 for $3100/month.

The apartment is on the second floor of a renovated building with big windows, a dishwasher, central AC/heat, coin-operated laundry in the basement and roof access. The windows are insulated so they block out street noise beautifully. I'll be taking most of the furniture to my new place, but the larger room will include a full bed, shelf and a large closet. We can also discuss what you may/may not need depending on your stay.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the M Central Ave train, a 10-minute walk from the L Morgan Ave train and the J Myrtle Ave train. There are also several Citibike stations and bus stops nearby. The building is in a relatively quiet corner of Bushwick but near a ton of cafes, restaurants and nightlife hotspots, including Roberta's Pizza, Bake Shop, House of Yes, Nook, Nenes Taqueria and The Sultan Room.

This is truly the best apartment I've ever had and I'm sad to let it go after 4 years. I'm happy to share more details or answer any questions.
