This is a bedroom in a newly renovated apartment. Large closet, private balcony, dishwasher in the kitchen and lots of space. Fob access to the building, rooftop/ laundry and gym. The street is nice and quiet! Price negotiable!!!

The bathroom is shared with one other roommate but there is no one in that room right now. We will continue to look for someone and you can meet them before we confirm.

There's a bodega right around the corner and a dollar store 24x7 supermarket down the street. The apartment is walking distance from many lovely coffee shops, thrift stores, bars and restaurants (pasta, tacos, ramen, pizza, everything!)

Its a 8-10 min walk from the Jefferson and Morgan stops on the L train.

We love this apartment but I need to move out of New York on emergency and that's why we are looking to break the lease. We would have renewed if not.
