About This Lister

My husband and I are long time Brooklynites, empty nesters and avid sailors. We love travel and adventure but also love to recuperate by spending our winters in Brooklyn with family and friends.

We are looking for easy going sub-letters that respect the building and other tenants living below. We have minimal "stuff" to move in and enjoy a clutter-free space. We have some plants we'd like to keep alive, so weekly watering, but we will supply specific instructions.

We have owned the apartment for over 25 years and want our sub-letters to be relaxed and enjoy our apartment while we are away.
