I am subletting my perfect one-bedroom apartment for the month of November while I travel (all utilities included in the price). It's located in Prospect Park South, just one block north of all those beautiful Victorians. The building is a large brick apartment building and I'm on the 3rd floor (unfortunately, no elevator). My neighborhood has tree-lined streets, good coffee shops and great food. The apartment is 400 meters from the Parade Grounds at Prospect Park and you can be in the park within minutes, if not seconds!

The upsides: spacious one-bedroom, amazing closet space, TV (you can use all my streaming accounts!), bathtub, super QUIET (the apartment is at the back of the building and my neighborhood is pretty quiet in general).

Downside: no laundry in unit, but amazing cheap laundromat is right around the corner.

The apartment is so light-filled that it's almost TOO bright at times if you can believe it. Seriously, light is streaming in - it's lovely.

Amenities: TV, tea kettle, Magic Bullet blender, microwave, coffee maker, large bedroom closet, large hallway closet
