I treat my home as both a quiet private sanctuary and an intimate supper club for friends, and I’m looking for a mindful subtenant to enjoy the space and do the same while I'm away traveling :)

Occupying the entire top floor of a classic Park Slope brownstone and 2 blocks to Prospect Park, this 750 sq. ft. railroad-style apartment is north-facing (i.e., bathed in soft light throughout the day), with skylights in both the entryway and bathroom.

The Space:
- The Layout: 2.5 bedrooms: Large primary bedroom, separate TV lounge, plus a dedicated creative studio/home office.
- Fully Furnished: Kitchen's fully stocked to serve 6 (incl rice cooker, slow cooker, french press, oven). Double glazed windows, humidifier, additional space heater, a 60” Smart TV, and integrated smart lighting.
- Private Entrance: Your own stoop entrance (please note: stairs required; not elevator/ramp accessible).
- Connectivity: All utilities and high-speed Wifi included in the rates. (Note: Cleaning fees are $175 add-ons.)
- Washer/Dryer: Unfortunately like many old school brownstones, this is lacking but the nearest drop and fold laundromat is a block away & excellent.

The Neighborhood:
You are two minutes from the F/G (7th Ave stop), placing you 20 minutes from Downtown Manhattan, 30 minutes to Williamsburg. Prospect Park is 2 blocks away for your morning walks. There's an abundance of local bars, cafes, restaurants, yoga/workout spots in the area, including the jazz institution Barbes down the street.

Looking for reliable, discreet folks. Feel free to host dinner parties but no raves pls!

As a longtime tenant, I've called this place home for 5 years now so you'll find this furnished to support all needs in all seasons! I'll be pretty hands-off during your stay and ask that you occasionally water my plants and communicate clearly if anything irregular occurs.
