Welcome to LA!

My apartment is super sunny, relaxing, and quiet. I live in the best neighborhood in LA within walking distance to the cutest coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bookstores, movie theaters and hiking trails.

I have a car but I'm always walking around the neighborhood.

I live on the second floor in a quiet, friendly apartment building. My place is a studio. As far as amenities there is very fast internet, a workspace with an ergonomic Herman Miller office chair, TV with multiple streaming channels (HBO, Netflix, and Peacock), AC, fan, and a very expensive and amazing mattress because I have a bad back.

Parking is street parking and I usually find something pretty much in front of the building. The farthest I've ever had to park is one or two blocks away.

I'll be traveling for a week and I wanted to offer my spot to someone trustworthy and great in case they need a lovely and very central place to land.

Los Feliz is a super dreamy place to live. It's pretty and has so many fun places to hang out.
