Off the Utica Ave stop, close to the A/C line
Surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and some of the best coffee shops in the neighborhood

The Apartment:
Bright, well-laid-out studio that has a fully renovated bathroom
Large private backyard (smoking ok outside on the patio)
Excellent kitchen setup with great cooking amenities (I’m a chef and built it to actually cook in) Comfortable for living and working from home

Rent: (weekly rental available)
$2,200 for the month (includes utilities)

Dates: February (with option to extend into March for the right person)

Who I’m Looking For:

Clean, respectful, and professional

Prefer solo renter, but open to couples for short term if it feels like a good fit

*No pets

Someone who will genuinely enjoy and take good care of the space

I’m a chef who splits time between projects and travel, which is why my apartment is available for February. I use this place both as a calm home base and as a quiet, comfortable space to work from, cook, and recharge.

I really love this apartment and the neighborhood — it’s a bit of a hidden gem with amazing coffee shops, bars, and restaurants all around, and still feels peaceful and homey. I’m hoping to find someone who’ll appreciate the space, enjoy the backyard, and treat it like their own while they’re here.
