We are looking for someone to take over our lease and flexible on exact move-in date (ideally beginning of April). We cannot say enough good things about our home here, but have to move due to job relocation. The unit is always filled with sunlight, and the second floor bedroom has windows on each wall, flooding the days with natural light. Our house plants have really thrived here!
The kitchen is plenty spacious and has good storage. Amenities include washer/dryer (located outside backdoor and shared with one other tenant), front patio and dishwasher. Utilities and internet not included. Street parking (with permit required), but have always found parking available right in front.
Although located in the heart of Hollywood, the house is on a low traffic street and the surrounding neighborhood has home owners who have lived here for years, giving the area a community feel.
The home is part of a duplex (only one shared wall with one other tenant) and the landlord lives in house behind the unit. Looking for someone who values this location and community as much as we have.
We are a newly married couple relocating to NY for work. We've grown close to our neighbors and landlord, and seek someone who can enjoy this place as much as we have. The people around us here have become like family and we want to help facilitate finding the right person or couple to take over our lease. We are currently planning to move by end of March but can be flexible on dates.
